The fact is falling in love is an experience that takes total possession of your entire being, leaving your reeling mind infatuated with an often completely baseless concern for only one thing and for one thing only. At the time you\u2019re more than likely to feel as though this person has a deep significance for your life, that Fate is taking control, and yet the deeper significance never manifests.<br \/>\nLooking back at the experience can vary anywhere from major heartache to wondering what the hell you were thinking.\n\t\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Of course the relationship can continue and even bear children, often seeming to fully justify its significance. But even then, it always changes from the original state of \u201cfalling in love\u201d to a much more mundane state of affairs. At other times the result of the condition is just disastrous.<br \/>\nMost people do experience this manic state at some point in their lives, often the love going unrequited. Clearly, the all too common condition has no track record of being meaningful for the lives of the participants. It often seems to go nowhere.<br \/>\nThe reason for that is that it\u2019s not about us. We are playing out an archetypal connection. Its significance goes far deeper than our lives.
