The Four Elements<\/h2>\n\t

There\u2019s a massive amount of evidence proving that the four elements, Earth\/Air\/Fire and Water are major forces on a metaphysical as well as the physical plane.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hinduism, Buddhism, Ancient Egypt and Greece, including Pythagorean and the works of Plato and Aristotle were all in agreement on the power of the forces behind the demarcation<\/a>. And that only names a few.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hippocrates referred to them as the body\u2019s humors that needed to be in balance for physical\/spiritual\/mental and emotional well being. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Beliefs that are still practiced by indigenous societies as well as frequently used in energy healing. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact, if you Google \u201cthe four elements\u201d, the list of sites and references is nearly endless. Obvious proof of their current existence and significance in the lives of many, many practitioners, whatever that practice might be.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

They Are What Science Says They Are\u00a0<\/strong>And So Much More\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

The Elements can be understood as different aspects of our being that do indeed need to be balanced for our inner and outer worlds to function smoothly together.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

Understanding their influence on us requires nothing more than an open mind, which is always a necessary component for the expansion of consciousness.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

Molecular science can serve as a basis for understanding. <\/strong><\/p>\n

It describes the four elements in terms of the movement of particles (atoms and molecules).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Air’s particles have a great deal of movement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"color-1453842_1920\"\n\t

The opposite of Air is Earth. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Earth has its physical existence due to an inert molecular structure. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In other words, because its molecules tend to pack together, it manifests as anything that\u2019s solid. Our Bodies are part of the element of Earth for that reason. Each individual is composed of Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit Each corresponds with one of the physical Elements by functioning within our total beings in parallel to how the physical Elements function externally, the microcosm and the macrocosm. Only the Body has a solid physical existence, therefore the Body corresponds to the Element of Earth.<\/strong><\/p>\n
