Four Elements page 2
It is only our Bodies, because they have physicality, that exist in and are subjected to the laws of time and space. It is only the Body that needs transport to get from here to there and is stuck in the here and now. The Mind can be any place and any time you can imagine as fast as you can think.
That’s because our Bodies exist in the physical realm
(Earth). While the Mind exists in the Thought Realm. A realm that has no physical existence. A realm that’s a lot like the element of Air, no structure or impediments, just movement. A realm that can be aptly called “Spirit”.
At the same time our Bodies move through the physical realm, our Minds are moving through the Thought Realm. The Body feeds the Mind information about the physical world via the senses. The Mind turns our physical existence into thought.
Each day, we open our eyes and what our eyes see is translated from a physical object into an image made of thought. It’s combined with the input from the rest of our senses to create an inner world constructed entirely of thought. In this way, The Mind takes our physical existence and moves it into the Thought Realm.
